Please include the following information in your notice of claimed infringement:

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Pamexda will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Pamexda will follow the procedures specified in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws to resolve the claim between the parties.

Pamexda may also terminate the account of any user who repeatedly infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
