Return & Refund Policy

At Pamexda, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible. In this policy, we will outline the steps you need to take to return an item and the conditions under which we will process a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included with the original shipment.
  • Products must not have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.
  • Custom or special order items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
  • Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package and ship the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions outlined in the eligibility for returns section.
  • If the product meets the conditions for return, we will process the refund.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If you received a promotional item with your purchase, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount if it is not returned with the product.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • We will arrange for the product to be picked up at no cost to you and will provide you with a replacement product or a refund, at your discretion.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

  • Our customer service team will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or for the missing item to be added to a future order, at your discretion.

CANCELING ORDERS

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return or exchange once you receive the item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
